How to make hokey pokey:
Ingredients:
- Saucepan
- Wooden Spoon
- 4 Tablespoons Golden Syrup
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- Aluminium Foil or Parchment Paper.
- 1 And 1/2 Teaspoons Of Baking Soda.
Method:
- Ready the aluminium foil for later.
- Put the syrup and sugar into a saucepan and stir with a wooden spoon.
- While heating the pan, mix and stir the sugar and syrup until it dissolves.
- Leave the pan and wait for it to boil for 2 minutes.
- After boiling, put the baking soda into the pan and quickly stir the ingredients.
- Quickly place the ingredients onto your foil and leave it behind to cool or put it in the freezer for it to cool faster.
