Hypothesis: You add the milk and then you add the cream and then fruits.

Materials: Milk and Yoghurt(Fresh Plain)

Method:

1.Heat the milk and put it in a oven set at medium to medium high degrees.

2.Then you cool the milk down.

3.Thin the yoghurt.

1. At what temperature does bacteria reproduce   37 degrees.

2. What temperature is the fridge   4-6 degrees.

3. What is the healthy temperature for the human body

37 degrees.

OBSERVATION:

Trim: Looks white and creamy.
Blue:Looks creamy and a little thick
Cream: It is very creamy.

Method...........

In a beaker add 150 mls of the trim milk and 2 tsps of acidophilus yoghurt. Stir to mix.Leave  out overnight. Repeat with cream and blue(full) milk.

What does it look like and smell like ?  Cream: It look's chunky and yoghurty. Blue(Fat Milk):Look's the same but just a little thick. Trim Milk(green top):Has turned into a light yellow and white colour.

What happened to change it?
Cream:It turned thick .Fat Milk(blue top):it turned creamy. Trim Milk(green top):it turned yellow and thin.

Was your hypothesis right or wrong/Why?   It was wrong because I said you have to add the fruits in when we did not add it in.

If you were to do it again what would you change?
Add more acidophilus. To make it more thicker.

What happened?
Bacteria reproduced.
Bacteria fed off the sugar in the milk.
Trim milk made a thinner yoghurt than fat milk(blue top)and cream because it had less sugar.
